Also address integrity) <br /> <br />The Ward House is architecturally significant as a characteristic example of the Tudor Revival style. This house was originally <br />constructed in 1925, and was valued at approximately $4,400 according to the original building permit. The first recorded <br />owner and occupant was Gilmore C. Ward. Mr. Gilmore was a cashier at Barr Lumber, a lumber company located in Santa <br />Ana. He would eventually become a secretary of the company in the 1940's.
