Discussion ensued regarding the traffic study, traffic <br />congestion, traffic circulation neighborhood concerns, prior use of the property, driveway <br />variance, parking monitoring program, and fence design. <br /> <br />The applicant spoke in support of the matter and addressed concerns regarding vehicular <br />circulation, traffic and parking, and impact of traffic on surrounding neighborhood. <br />Reported that staggering start times and end times would help to alleviate traffic impact on <br />A-3
