EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions of Approval for Variance No. 2018-09 <br />Variance No. 2018-09 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of <br />the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the <br />California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following conditions of approval: <br />The Applicant must comply with each and every condition listed belowrip or to exercising <br />the rights conferred by this variance. <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the variance. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in the <br />revocation of the variance. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan Review <br />approval of DP No. 2018-05. <br />2. Any amendment to this variance must be submitted to the Planning Division <br />for review. At that time, staff will determine if administrative relief is available <br />or if the variance must be amended. <br />3. Applicant will be responsible for regular maintenance of the freestanding <br />sign, and all other signage provided on-site. <br />4. All on-site improvements shall be completed prior to the issuance of the <br />building permit for the sign. <br />5. Prior to issuance of a building permit for the 15 -foot freestanding sign, an <br />updated sign program must be submitted and approved. <br />Resolution No. 2018-30 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
