By February 15, 2019 <br />2nd Plan Review <br />Staff will review plans for compliance with applicable codes and <br />regulations. Project Manager will submit a letter summarizing staff <br />comments to Developer. <br />By March 15, 2019 <br />Draft DDA <br />Parties will complete negotiations and draft Disposition and <br />Development Agreement, <br />Final Revisions <br />Parties will finalize revisions to development proposal and all <br />relevant materials. <br />By April 16, 2019 <br />City and Hearings <br />Developer and Staff will present development proposal and DDA <br />to City for final review and approvals by governingbodies. <br />
