The City <br />Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2016-120 (City Parcel Map No. 2017-01) for 2001 <br />West Trask Avenue (Exhibit 1) from Lanh Nguyen, owner, and is in the process of reviewing the <br />map for technical accuracy and final approval. <br />This map approves subdividing a property into three parcels for the development of single family <br />residences. The parcels are located in a Single Family Residential (R1) zone.
