Acting Director of Finance and Management Services Vidal, indicated fiscal <br />year 17-18 range was $6.2 to $8.2 million with reduction resulting from adult <br />use revenue. <br />Councilmember Solorio, asked if one time funds provided a fee range or if <br />it was a specific amount. <br />Acting Director of Finance and Management Services Vidal, noted one-time <br />value was set at $6.2 million for fiscal year 17-18. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, asked if revenues for vacancies through the <br />general fund were funded positions. <br />Acting Director of Finance and Management Services, Vidal, noted some of <br />the vacancies were unfunded and would provide information to City Council. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, asked for number of funded vacancies, expressed <br />concern over lack of understanding of budget, lack of transparency, and <br />City Council request for a comprehensive audit that has yet to be presented. <br />City Manager Godinez, expressed concern over lack of budget <br />transparency found at commencement of his position as City Manager, <br />effort to move away from attrition savings model, and commitment to <br />provide City Council with trends and information to allow proper policy <br />making.
