No areas of significant impact were determined from <br />the construction or operation of the proposed project with the implementation of <br />the mitigation measures for cultural resources, hazards, and tribal and cultural <br />resources. <br />The 30 -day public review period began on August 13 and ended September 11, <br />2018. The draft MND was circulated to interested parties and the State <br />Public Notification <br />Clearinghouse, the notice of intent was published in the Orange County Register <br />and posted with the County of Orange Clerk. The draft MND was available for <br />public review at the Santa Ana City Hall, Main Library, and on the project <br />web a e on the City's website Exhibit 6 & 7). <br />-Caltrans commented in regards to incorporating complete streets measures and <br />encroachment permits, the comment does not result in findings of a significant <br />impact. <br />-The City of Irvine commented in regards to clarifications needed in the traffic <br />Comments <br />analysis, the clarifications would not result in findings of a significant impact. <br />Received <br />-Orange County Fire Authority stated they have no comment. <br />-South Coast Air Quality Management District commented in regards to <br />clarifications needed in the air quality analysis, the clarifications would not result in <br />findings of a significant impact. <br />-The State Clearinghouse acknowledged that no state agencies submitted <br />comments!,. <br />=J1 ,' " Strate ic�Plan'Ali nmentY. u' <br />Goal(s), Policy or <br />3, 2 (create new opportunities for business/job growth and encourage private <br />Policies <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies). <br />Public Notification:&' Communit :Outreach <br />Site posting <br />A public noticed was posted on the project site on <br />September 14, 2018. <br />Notification by mail was mailed to all property owners and <br />Public Hearing <br />Notification by mail <br />occupants within 500 feet of the project site on September <br />14, 2018. <br />Newspaper posting <br />Newspaper posting was published in the Orange County <br />Register on September 14, 2018. <br />Sunshine Meeting <br />A Sunshine Ordinance Community Meeting was held on December 13, 2016 at <br />5:30 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the City's Sunshine Ordinance.
