SECTION 4 <br />The Process <br />The Process <br />So, you've seen our demonstration of what is possible and what is available <br />to you. You've made the smart (city) decision to move forward. The total <br />time of getting your app from proposal to the App Store is approximately <br />30-45 days. The process is outlined below. <br />FIRST LOOK <br />Within one week you will receive access to what we call the "First took" app, <br />with your city's information and branding already in place. This is a test app <br />containing all of the features that we offer, developed and polished over the <br />years as we've learned best practices through our experience and our <br />client's feedback. You can go through the app, see how it functions, decide <br />what you like, and make note of any changes that you want made. <br />KICK-OFF MEETING <br />After having access to the First Look app and having the chance to test it <br />out, we will have a kick-off meeting with our team and yours. This is where <br />you give us feedback from using the test app, have any and all questions <br />answered, and we lay out a project roadmap to move forward. We also ask <br />that you submit your application to Apple for your developer account as <br />soon as possible. We never want their approval process to be a reason for a <br />delay of your launch! And don't worry, we will tell you exactly how to get <br />your account set up. <br />
