An invitation to join the PBS SoCal Early Learning Collaborative <br />a. Members of this collaborative will be invited to larger scale train€ngs and <br />presentations on new programs/lessons hosted by PBS SoCal. <br />b. The collaborative will convene semi-annually to discuss the issues and share <br />Ideas surrounding early education In the Southern Catifomla Community. <br />zS,gM &n_a Public Library agrees to provide the following through this agreement: <br />1. A meeting with the Executive Director and Early Learning Program Manager (or <br />appropriate staff) to confirm partnership with organization and overview planning with <br />leadership. <br />a. This meeting will also serve as a site visit and tech assessment. <br />2. A committed contact person at the organization who Is directly involved with the <br />Community Lab, and who will provide consistent communication throughout partnership. <br />3. integration of PBS Ready to Learn transmedla resources into existing services <br />4. Use of the Community Lab will be for educational purposes only. <br />5. Secure and proper storage of the Lab and all associated equipment. <br />6. A willingness to Include PBS SoCal to partner hosted events as appropriate. <br />7. A representative of the partner organization to be involved In the PBS SoCal RTL <br />Collaborative. <br />8. Monthly and Annual Reporting as requested by PBS SoCal. <br />€i. In case of toss, theft, or Irreparable damage to the device, the City shall not be <br />financially responsible, but PBS SoCal shall not be obligated to replace the device. <br />10.
