EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The City of Santa Ana is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Appraisal Services from <br />professional appraisers for non -condemnation purposes to provide exterior -only appraisals and <br />appraisals with inspection on an as -needed basis. <br />The Community Development Agency is seeking a professional appraiser to provide the following <br />services: <br />• Single Family Residence Drive -by Appraisals (One to Four Units) <br />• Single Family Residence Appraisals with Inspection (One to Four Units) <br />• Income Property Appraisal, both Commercial and Residential <br />• Desk Reviews <br />• Field Reviews <br />The City will enter into a contract with the individuals or firms selected to provide these services. <br />City of Santa Ana Community Development Agency <br />Request for Proposals for Appraisal Services <br />Page 9 <br />
