NS -2959 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ADDING ARTICLE XX TO CHAPTER 13 OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A CANNABIS PUBLIC BENEFIT FUND <br />In summary, the Cannabis Fund will be used to fund new or additional Youth Services but, will <br />not be used to supplement existing Youth Services. The Cannabis Fund will also be used to fund <br />community enforcement and code enforcement. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 - Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective #1 (Establish a comprehensive community engagement <br />initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an <br />active role in discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Maria 0.
