<br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS

<br />or modifying any such award. See 31 U.S.C. 1352. Certain exceptions to this law apply, including an exception that
<br />applies to Indian Tribes and tribal or ganizations.

<br />23, Reporting Potential Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, and Similar Misconduct
<br />The recipient and any subrecipienls (" subgrantees") must promptly roller to the DO.I Office of the Inspector Genual
<br />(010) any credible evidence that it principal, employee, agent, subrecipicnt, contractor, subcontractor, or other person
<br />has, in connection with funds ander (his mvard -- (I) submitted a claim that violates the False Claims Act; or (2)
<br />conmilled a ointinal or civil violation of laths pertaining to fraud, cotnict of interest, bribery, graluity, or similar
<br />misconduct.
