Award a contract to Green Giant Landscape, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $377,200, for construction of the Civic Center ADA Access Renovation Project, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and ending upon project completion, and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute the contract subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. 2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of $471,500, which includes the contract bid amount, administration, inspection and testing, and an authorized contingency of $37,720.
