Introduction <br />ELEMENT GOALS AND POLICIES <br />December 4, 2018 <br />The New General Plan will include a total of 12 Elements organized into three sections <br />(Services and Infrastructure, Natural Environment, and Built Environment). Below are Goals <br />and Policies pertaining to each element including a brief background discussion followed by <br />respective goal(s) and policies.
