Introduction December 4, 2018 <br />Table 1 provides a summary on compliance with legally required General Plan Elements as well <br />as how optional elements will correspond to one another. In addition, the new General Plan <br />will comply with California's Office of Planning and Research requirements and appropriate <br />environmental documentation in conformance with the latest provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />The Voice of our Community <br />The Policy Framework was developed following over one year of extensive community <br />outreach (2016), one-on-one interviews with the City Council, General Plan Advisory Group <br />dialogue (2017), Interagency Technical Advisory Committee guidance and constant community <br />feedback through multiple outreach efforts throughout the process. The following bullet - <br />points summarize various meetings and outreach activities conducted throughout the <br />development of the Policy Framework.
