APPROVE AGREEMENTS WITH NINYO & MOORE, RMA GROUP, AND <br />SCST FOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />(NON -GENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1G) — Public Works <br />Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute agreements with each of the firms listed below, to provide on- <br />call geotechnical engineering services for general engineering <br />projects for a three-year term expiring November 19, 2021, with the <br />option of one two-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and <br />the City Attorney, for a total aggregate amount, for the three contracts <br />combined, of not to exceed $600,000 for the term of the contract, <br />including the optional extension, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney: <br />1. Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences <br />Consultants (Ninyo & Moore) (AGMT. No. 2018-256). <br />2. RMA Group, Inc. (RMA Group) (AGMT. No. 2018-257). <br />3. SCST, Inc. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M ENGINEERING <br />EXTENSION SERVICES FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER <br />(EOC) OPERATIONS TRAINING (FISCAL YEAR 2016 URBAN AREAS <br />SECURITY INITIATIVE (UASI) GRANT FUNDED) {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NOS. 1 AND 6) — Police Department <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service <br />for the period of November 20, 2018 through March 31, 2019, to <br />provide one Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Operations and <br />Planning for All -Hazards Events training course in an amount not to <br />exceed $65,064 subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-259). <br />25D. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH ENERGY RETROFIT CO.
