<br />Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2014-240, entered into by and between Project
<br />Partners, Inc. ("Consultant') and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 7, 2014, the parties agreed to an.
<br />extension of the Agreement for the time period of October 7, 2017 through October 6, 2018 (#A-2014-240-
<br />1). By operation of this letter, as permitted by Section 4 of the Agreement, the parties agree to a second
<br />extension of said Agreement for an additional nine (9) month period from October 7, 2018 until July 7,
<br />2019, or until all funds remaining under the Agreement are exhausted, whichever comes first. The
<br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms
<br />and ria(tditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
