STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />STAFFING AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN <br />Our technicians and staff are accustomed to working <br />with short turnaround time and are eager to meet and <br />exceed the City's expectations in regard to turnaround <br />time. <br />Since our daily operations are customer service <br />focused, we have an excellent reputation for responding <br />to urgent and last minute City requests. All involved <br />in a construction process would prefer to follow a set <br />schedule of work; however, anybody who has been <br />involved in a construction process knows that rarely <br />does work progresses in strict accordance to the <br />schedule. Therefore, we fully expect that urgent or <br />last minute requests from the City will occur and are <br />prepared to accommodate them. All of our staff, from <br />the Principal -in -Charge through our Dispatcher and the <br />field staff, are fully dedicated to accommodating such <br />requests to eliminate any negative potential impacts to <br />the project schedule or cost. <br />Additionally, our employees are provided company <br />vehicles so travel is never an issue. Even out of state <br />inspections may be performed easily by our staff or one <br />of our associates located at the out-of-state locations. <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Our assigned Project Manager, Jason Barnachea, <br />will be responsible for the establishment of a project <br />budget, scope of work, and for identifying the required <br />deliverables and the manner and time frames in which <br />the deliverables are expected by the City's Project <br />Manager. He will utilize RMA Group's unique set of <br />project controls to establish and track the project <br />deliverables and ensure quality in all aspects of RMA's <br />work on the project. <br />When the City assigns a project to RMA, the Project <br />Manager will be the initial point of contact. He will <br />discuss the project and scope of work required with the <br />City's Project Manager to ensure that the appropriate <br />level of work will be performed. <br />During the duration of the project our Project Manager <br />will attend progress review meetings with the at intervals <br />deemed appropriate by the City. This meeting will be <br />used to develop an understanding of the project and <br />identify the following: <br />Scheduling and staffing requirements: <br />• Key construction elements, schedules and <br />critical deadlines; <br />• Desired deliverables, format and time <br />frame, roles and responsibilities of the <br />project teams members; <br />Specific Safety requirements and <br />procedures; and <br />• Unique requirements or aspects of the <br />project. <br />• He will also track and manage the project <br />budget, and will ensure that invoices are <br />sent to the City in the required format. <br />ASSUMPTIONS AND / OR EXCLUSIONS <br />RMA Group has reviewed the RFP in its entirety does <br />not have any assumptions and / or exlusions to the <br />proposed scope of work. <br />RMA Group <br />E.vcryP+9ject Matters l www.rmacompanies.com <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA I PUBLIC WORKS GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ( Page 23 <br />JULY 12, 2018 118-1052-P <br />
