Tenant will be provided a <br />key to access the facility during non -business hours via a designated door. Tenant sball be <br />responsible to ensure that the after-hours designated entry doors remains secure and shall be solely <br />responsible for any harm or damage to the Suite 200 arising from or attributable to a breach of this <br />obligation. <br />+ All vehicles left at SARTC overnight are required to display a parking permit issued by the Property <br />Management Office. <br />Tenant must provide SARTC Property Management Office with a point of contact for regular <br />business hours and after hours. <br />20A-17 <br />
