PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE FIRE/EMS EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION & RELATED SERVICES <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />T <br />Fire Authority. All six (6) EMT personnel are assigned the same shift as OCFA Firefighters. Back- <br />up services are provided from Care's non -dedicated fleet of staffed EMT ambulances. <br />City of Costa Mesa <br />Three (3) dedicated EMT BLS ambulances and One (1) back up EMT BLS ambulance. All our <br />staffed twenty-four (24) hours daily, seven (7) days per week. Care Ambulance provides BLS <br />services, with ALS services provided by the Costa Mesa Fire Department. All dedicated EMT <br />personnel are assigned the same shift as Costa Mesa Firefighters. Back-up services are provided <br />from Care's non -dedicated fleet of staffed EMT ambulances. <br />City of Fountain Valley <br />One (1) dedicated EMT BLS ambulance and One (1) back-up EMT BLS staffed ambulance. Both <br />are staffed twenty-four (24) hours daily, seven (7) days per week. Care Ambulance provides BLS <br />services, with ALS services provided by the Fountain Valley Fire Department. All six (6) <br />dedicated EMT personnel are assigned the same shift as Fountain Valley Firefighters. Back-up <br />services are provided from Care's non -dedicated fleet of staffed EMT ambulances. <br />City of Fullerton <br />Three (3) dedicated EMT BLS ambulances, staffed twenty-four (24) hours daily, seven (7) days <br />per week. Care Ambulance provides BLS services, with ALS services provided by the Fullerton <br />Fire Department. Each ambulance is stationed within a city fire station with all 18 EMT <br />personnel assigned the same shift as Fullerton Firefighters. Back-up services are provided from <br />Care's non -dedicated fleet of staffed EMT ambulances. <br />City of Garden Grove <br />Three (3) dedicated EMT BLS ambulances, each staffed twenty-four (24) hours daily, seven (7) <br />days per week. Care Ambulance provides BLS services, with ALS services provided by the <br />Garden Grove Fire Department. All 18 EMT personnel are assigned the same shift as Garden <br />Grove Firefighters.
