CARE may conduct post -accident and reasonable suspicion drug testing of employees to the extent allowable by law. Firearms, Weapons, and Explosive Devices The use or possession of firearms, weapons, and explosive devices on CARE property violates state law, federal law, and CARE's Policies and Procedures.
