0 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />SECTION 2 <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />2.1 BID PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS <br />The City of Santa Ana is committed to providing and maintaining the highest levels of <br />emergency response service possible to the public. In conjunction with OCFA, the <br />provision of the 9-1-1 Emergency Transportation Service pursuant to this RFP process <br />is a critical part of the City's continuing efforts to achieve this objective. <br />2.2 BID PROPOSAL PRE -SUBMISSION CONFERENCE <br />A bid proposal pre -submission conference will be held at Santa Ana City Hall, <br />First Floor, Ross Annex, Room #1200 on Wednesday. October 3. 2018 at 2:00 P.M. <br />The purpose of the conference is for City of Santa Ana staff to respond to any <br />questions, concerns, comments and/or suggestions concerning the procurement <br />process, which have been submitted in advance and in writing to the City of <br />Santa Ana, Purchasing Division. All questions must be submitted by Wednesday, <br />September 26, 2018 to Sandy Perez, Supervising Buyer. The conference is also an <br />opportunity for City of Santa Ana staff to clarify bid specifications and requirements <br />before submission. <br />2.3 BID PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS <br />2.3.1 Bid Proposal Submission Due Date <br />In order to compete in the RFP process, all bid proposals must be completed <br />and received by the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division no later than 3:00 <br />P.M., on Monday, October 22, 2018 ("Submission Due Date").
