0 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />2.7.3 Waiver: Correction & Resubmittal <br />The City of Santa Ana and OCFA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to <br />waive any and all bid proposal irregularities or informalities that the City of Santa Ana <br />deems correctible or otherwise not relevant. In the event of a bid proposal irregularity or <br />informality, the Proposer may be required to immediately correct and/or resubmit, in <br />whole or in part, its bid proposal. <br />2.7.4 Incomplete: Irregular: Material Misrepresentations - Reiection <br />A bid proposal may be rejected by the City of Santa Ana and OCFA, in its sole <br />discretion, if it is in any way incomplete, irregular, or if it contains material <br />misrepresentations of fact or omits material information required. Bid proposals that do <br />not strictly adhere to the format requirements set forth in this RFP may be rejected. <br />2.7.5 Corrupt, Fraudulent, Illegal Practices - Disqualification <br />A bid proposal may be rejected or disqualified by the City of Santa Ana and <br />OCFA upon evidence that the Proposer may have engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, <br />and/or illegal practices involving the performance, administration, or award of a similar <br />contract in another jurisdiction. <br />2.7.6 Exceptions to RFP Specifications: Delivery Criteria: Terms & Conditions <br />Bid proposals that take exception to the RFP specifications and/or delivery <br />criteria, or terms and conditions of the Contract Documents may be rejected. <br />2.7.7 Failure to Provide All Information Requested - Incomplete <br />Bid proposals that do not provide all information requested in this RFP may be <br />rejected as incomplete. <br />2.7.8 Notification of Reiection <br />In the event a bid proposal is rejected, the City of Santa Ana will notify the <br />Proposer in writing and shall explain the specific reason(s) for the rejection. <br />City of Santa Ana Page 119 <br />Fire/EMS Emergency Ambulance Transportation and Related Services <br />Request for Proposals: # 18-059 <br />August 28, 2018 <br />250-55 <br />
