0 City of Santa Ana <br />ii. Procedures and components substantially as in Part 40 of Title 49 of <br />the Code of Federal Regulations for pre-employment; <br />iii. Procedures and components substantially as in Part 382 of Title 49 of <br />the Code of Federal Regulations for rehabilitation, return -to -duty and <br />follow up testing; <br />iv. Procedures and components for random testing following U.S. <br />Department of Transportation guidelines, and additional tests as <br />required following accidents, rehabilitation, return -to -service, and <br />other circumstances providing reasonable suspicion to test; <br />v. Upon request by the OCFA, yearly reports of the random testing <br />component must be filed by the program administrator, in redacted <br />form concealing employee identifiable information, with OCFA; <br />vi. Contractors and program administrator's alcohol and drug program <br />records shall be made available, in redacted form concealing <br />individual employee identities, to OCFA upon request; <br />vii. Contractor employees must show a valid California driver's license at <br />the time and place of testing; and <br />viii.
