City of Santa Ana <br />employees must have in their possession, at all times while on duty, <br />applicable licenses, certifications, and/or permits, as may be required by the <br />agencies and authorities listed above; <br />K. Contractor's emergency response personnel must carry and furnish to OCFA <br />personnel upon request any required licenses, certifications, and/or permits, <br />including proper identification, for purposes of verifying validity, ensuring <br />compliance with licensing, certification, and permitting requirements, and for <br />the proper reporting of employee performance -related issues to Contractor; <br />L. The OCFA EMS Section Battalion Chief may request Contractor to participate <br />in emergency response joint training exercises to improve the capability and <br />coordination of both OCFA and Contractor's response to a given emergency <br />or disaster. Such training will be scheduled and mutually coordinated by the <br />OCFA EMS Section Battalion Chief and the Contractor. Such training shall <br />not exceed twenty (20) hours per year/per shift and not billable to the City of <br />Santa Ana; <br />M. Any additional training that may be deemed necessary by OCFA shall be <br />attended by Contractor's personnel upon reasonable notice and at the sole <br />cost and expense of Contractor. Such additional training may include, but is <br />not limited to, mass casualty, weapons of mass destruction, and/or other <br />emergency response training; <br />N. Contractors must make available to the OCFA EMS Battalion Chief upon <br />request any and all Contractor personnel training records for those <br />employees who perform services pursuant to the Contract Documents; <br />O.
