imf 11/26/18 <br />Section 3. The City of Santa Ana agrees to comply with each and all of the terms, <br />conditions, and limitations imposed by the OCTA upon such grants. <br />Section 4. The Executive Director of Public Works, or his or her designee, is <br />authorized and directed to execute any agreements, assurances, or other documents, and <br />take any actions as may be necessary to submit Project W Program grant applications and <br />accept any such grants as may be required by the OCTA, if such grants are awarded to the <br />City. <br />Section 5. Contingent upon the award of any Project W Program grants, the <br />annual budget of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended by increasing revenues and <br />expenditures in amounts equal to the grant funds awarded. <br />Section 6. The receipt of any Project W Program grant funds and Implementation <br />of corresponding grant projects are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />under Class 1, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Class 2, Section 15302 (Replacement <br />or Reconstruction) of the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />Section 7. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of 12018. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
