CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />City Manager Godinez, provided update on Incident Action Plan efforts and <br />opening of Bristol Street bicycle protected bike lane. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS (Non-Agendized Items) <br />Dale Helvig, expressed opposition to 2525 Main Street development. <br />Ryan Reza Farsai, expressed concern over current state of our democracy. <br />• Carlo Bonanni, expressed support for multi -family housing projects. <br />90B. CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Tinajero, noted efforts to create opportunity for students to <br />obtain experience in government. Thanked staff for their work and efforts <br />over the past 12 years. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, provided oral report on Economic Development, <br />Infrastructure, Budget and Technology Committee meeting. Spoke on her <br />efforts and successes over the past 12 years.
