As of the end of this fiscal year, the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund <br />(LMIHAF) has a total of $5,958,193. According to the report provided in the agenda, <br />item 80A, the City of Santa Ana spent about $10,848 on low income units and <br />$164,751 on monitoring and administrative purposes in 2018 from the LMIHAF. <br />How will the City use and prioritize the remaining LMIHAF funds in a way that <br />furthers the City's goals for meeting affordable housing needs? Specifically, what is the <br />City's plan and process for producing more rental units for Low Income (LI), Very Low <br />Income (VLI) and Extremely Low Income (ELI) households? <br />How is the city prioritizing the production of rental units for specifically LI, VLI, and <br />ELI households in the real properties included in the RFP #18-056? <br />
