Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2019-039 - Recognizing Office <br />of Traffic Safety (OTS) Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety grant funds in the <br />amount of $50,000 in the OTS -PWA Traffic Safety Grants revenue <br />account and appropriate the same to the OTS -Bicycle Safety PWA <br />expenditure accounts. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />one-year agreement (PS19031) with the State of California Office of <br />Traffic Safety for Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program funds, in <br />an amount not to exceed $50,000 for a one-year period from <br />October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT.
