29. Counterparts <br />This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts by the parties hereto, <br />including by facsimile copy. All counterparts shall be construed together and shall <br />constitute one Agreement. Each counterpart (including facsimile copies) is deemed an <br />original and all counterparts are deemed one and the same instrument and legally <br />binding on the parties. Extensions and amendments to this Agreement may likewise be <br />executed by facsimile copy. <br />30. Corporate Authority <br />The persons executing this Agreement on behalf of the Parties hereto warrant <br />that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of said Parties and <br />that by doing so the Parties hereto are formally bound to the provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />(SIGNATURES TO FOLLOW ON NEXT PAGE) <br />20 <br />
