City of Santa Ana <br />their sole cost and expense, all appropriate legal action necessary to maintain the <br />confidentiality of those documents. <br />2.6.3 Voluntary Withdrawal of Bid Proposal <br />A Proposer may, upon written notice to City of Santa Ana and OCFA, voluntarily <br />withdraw their bid proposal at any time prior to the Public Opening. Withdrawal of a bid <br />proposal will be subject to verification of the identity of the requestor and confirmed with <br />the Proposer's authorized representative. A receipt for the return of any unopened bid <br />proposal will be prepared by the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division and signed by <br />the Proposer's authorized representative. <br />2.6.4 Cancellation of RFP Process <br />The City, in its sole and absolute discretion, may cancel this RFP at any time if it <br />determines cancellation is in the best interest of the City of Santa Ana and OCFA... <br />2.7 BID PROPOSAL REJECTION <br />2.7.1 Right to Reiect <br />At the sole discretion of the City of Santa Ana and OCFA reserves the right to <br />reject any and all bid proposals, in whole or in part, and is not bound to accept the <br />lowest proposal (or the proposal prices for services).
