N-2019-006 Exhibit A SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Provider shall conduct Provider shall conduct Ballet Folklorico Advance classes for children aged 5-16 years. B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at a facility to be designated by the City or (2) on a schedule otherwise agreed upon by the parties for each class session or term, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. BAILE FOLKLORICO ADVANCED Participants will learn the advance choreographed steps of Mexican regional dances. Curriculum will consist of the mastering of footwork and utilization of props such as fans, bottles, fans and cups. Additional dances of various regions of Mexico will be explored. Solo and group dances will be performed at public, private & local events will be scheduled throughout the year. Participants must have previous experience and instructor approvals is required prior to enrolling. Additional cost will be incurred for practice skirts, shoes and performance costumes. Bilingual instruction available. INSTRUCTOR: YESSICA CAMPOS LOCATION: Memorial, 2102 S Flower St, Santa Ana, CA. 71.4 571.4242 ■ Folklorico Advance class will consist monthly session of I class per day, 2 per week, I hour and 15 minutes, per day C. Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. Provider shall be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure the safety and effectiveness of instruction. CLASS SIZE A. No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of class. B. In the event the minimum number of enrollees is not realized by the second meeting of the class, the class shall be canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services and the City will have no obligations to pay Provider compensation. CLASS FEES A. Each participant shall pay class registration fees as established by City. B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. C. Only registered participants may participate in class.
