Afte�'a\thorough �nalysis dYthe current code requirements in the City, staff <br />identified several §e�tions of the code for amendments necessary to ensure <br />clear, uhio�m, and Iggally consistent regulations. The proposed amendments <br />will enable thea It to implement a regulatory framework that protects the <br />health, safet,, n //welfare of the City and limits undue strain on home owners, <br />business operators and developers. <br />C. On December 10, 2018, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public <br />hearing and voted to recommend that the City Council adopt Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendment No. 2018-04. <br />D. The City Council, on January 15, 2019, held a duly noticed public hearing on <br />this ordinance and has considered all testimony presented thereto. <br />75A-9 <br />
