NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Santa Ana will be received PROPOSALS from <br />qualified firms for Professional Engineering Services. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted electronically to the <br />PlanetBids system no later than November 1, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after this <br />date/time will not be considered.
