APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT <br />WITH PLACEWORKS TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESMENT, <br />RECREATIONAL VALUE ASSESSMENT AND NATIONAL PARK SERVICE <br />DOCUMENTS FOR A LAND EXCHANGE, RELATED TO CENTENNIAL PARK <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4A} – Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to change the term of the agreement with <br />Placeworks with no change in compensation, from December 31, 2018 to November <br />5, 2019 to provide an environmental assessment, recreational value assessment and <br />additional documents required by the National Park Service for review of a land <br />exchange between the Rancho Santiago Community College site and various park <br />sites, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25B. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR JAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 4A} – Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a three-year agreement with Advanced Technology Information <br />Systems (ATIMS), for the period of December 19, 2018 through December 18, 2021, <br />for software maintenance and customer support in an amount not to exceed <br />$290,591 (including a $210,591 base agreement, $55,000 of interface enhancements, <br />and a $25,000 contingency), subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25C. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH LEXISNEXIS COPLOGIC SOLUTIONS, INC. <br />FOR ONLINE POLICE REPORT SYSTEM {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 3A} – Police <br />Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a three-year agreement with LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions, <br />Inc. for the period of January 1, 2019 through October 31, 2021 to provide access to <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 8 DECEMBER 18, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />
