9.4 Vacation Carry -Over. <br />A. No employee may carry over from one (1) calendar year to the next, more than the <br />maximum vacation carryover as set forth in the following table. Absence on sick leave for a period <br />in excess of fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days shall not be considered as service time <br />for vacation accrual purposes. <br />39 <br />
