C-3-2084 <br />3 BETWEEN <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />s AND <br />6 THE CITIES OF PLACENTIA, ANAHEIM, BREA, ORANGE, AND SANTA ANA <br />7 FOR <br />s THE KRAEMER BOULEVARD/GLASSEL STREET/GRAND AVENUE <br />s REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROJECT <br />10 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into this day of <br />11 2018, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, (AUTHORITY'), and the Cities <br />12 of Placentia, Anaheim, Brea, Orange, and Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as the <br />13 "PARTICIPATING AGENCIES"). <br />14 WITNESSETH: <br />1s WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-3-2084 dated May 6, 2014, AUTHORITY and <br />16 PARTICIPATING AGENCIES entered into a cooperative agreement for the coordination of traffic <br />17 signals across multiple jurisdictional boundaries as a part of the Renewed Measure M (M2) Regional <br />18 Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project P (Project P) to enhance countywide traffic flow and <br />19 reduce congestion; and <br />20 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and PARTICIPATING AGENCIES agree to extend the term of the <br />21 agreement for an additional six (6) months to June 30, 2019; <br />22 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed that Agreement No. C-3-2084 is <br />23 hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br />24 / <br />2s / <br />26 / <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />llCammtGi.ERiCALiW{}RDPROC�AGRE��AMENDW Mt320&t.dax <br />
