<br />commercial and residential acreage, agricultural land, mountainous and hillside acreage,: utility and

<br />Mr. Ellis started his career in real estate analysis and valuation In 1980 with the Los Angeles -based
<br />property economics firm of Lea Associates, Inc. He founded the firm of Ellis Group in 1996, which
<br />became INTEGRA REALTY RESOURCES -LOS ANGELES in 1999.
