Tenant will be provided a <br />key to access the facility during non -business hours via a designated door. Tenant shall be <br />responsible to ensurethat the after-hours designated entry doors remains secure and shall be solely <br />responsible for any harm or damage to the Suite 200 arising from or attributable to a breach of this <br />obligation. <br />• All vehicles left at MTC overnight are required to display a parking permit issued by theProperty <br />Management Office. <br />Tenant must provide SARTC Property Management Office with a point of contact for regular <br />business hours and after hours. <br />R17TAIMN <br />
