LICENSEE PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS <br />improvements by East. End Realty Partners LP (subject to City review and approval prior to <br />installation or completion of work): <br />• Lighting on East End Realty Partners LP owned buildings; <br />East End Realty Partners LP to paint murals on City structure. City must review and <br />approve content prior to installation, and can remove if contract terminates; <br />At its election, East Paid Realty Partners LP may demolish City Plantersdandscaping off <br />both sides of Spurgeon Strect adjacent to its 219 East Fourth Strect and 305 East Fourth <br />Street holdings, provided it replaces said plantersllandscaping with high quality new <br />planter, landscaping, or patio, or for building exiting, subject to meeting safety codes and <br />allowing for pedestrian flow on sidewalk meeting public works minimum requirements; <br />• At its election, East End Realty Partners LP may relocate City bike but to another mutually <br />agreed upon location at East End Realty Partners LP cost; <br />• At its election, Gast End Realty Partners LP may remove, replace or relocate its flagpole <br />near Fourth/Spurgeon to another location at East End Realty Partners LP; and, <br />• East End Realty Partners LP will relocate dumpsters servicing 219 and 305 East Fourth <br />Street from alley to mutually agreed upon and specified location in adjacent Plaza next to <br />305 East Fourth Street. Gast End Realty Partners LP will be responsible for constructing <br />an enclosure around the dumpsters that will blend into the aesthetics of the Plaza. Final <br />layout and construction plans must be approved by the City. <br />14 <br />
