10,10 11 <br />ADDITIONAL TEASE CONDITIONS <br />SARTC business hours are seven days a week from 5AM to midnight. Tenant will be provided a <br />key to access the facility during non -business hours via a designated door, Tenant shall be <br />responsible to ensure that the after-hours designated entry doors remains secure and shall be solely <br />responsible for any harm or damage to thoPrentises arising from or attributable to a breach of this <br />obligation. <br />Tenant must provide SARTC Property Management. Of$ce. with a point of contact for regular <br />business hours and after hours. <br />
