Holzer <br />Pursuant to Section 2(c) ("Terni of Agreement") of the Second Amended and Restated Exclusive Negotiation Agreement No. A- <br />2018-002 entered into by and between Caribou Industries, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, the parties opted on July 11, 2018, to <br />extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) month period through October 30, 2018.'1"hereafter, on September 24, 2018, the <br />parties again opted to extend the Agreement for another three (3) month period through January 28, 2019. The parties, by <br />operation of (xis letter, now choose to exercise their option for a third extension of the Agreement for an additional ninety (90) <br />day period until April 28, 2019.
