<br />Unsolicited telemarketing 17, based upon or arising out of any actual or alleged violation of any federal, state, or local
<br />statutes, ordinances, or regulations relating to unsolicited telemarketing, solicitations,
<br />smalls, faxes, text messages, or any other communications of any type or nature, including
<br />but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, or any "anti-
<br />spam" or "do -not -call" statutes, ordinances, or regulations.
<br />Exclusions 8, 12. and 15 of this Section D do not apply to damage by fire to premises while rented to you or temporarily
<br />occupied by you with the owner's permission. However, any payments we make for property damage to such premises will
<br />be subject to the Damage to Premises Limit.
<br />VII. Definitions The following definitions apply to this Coverage Part. Additional definitions are contained in the
<br />General Terms and Conditions, Section VI. Definitions applicable to all Coverage Parts.
<br />Accident means a sudden and unintended event that causes bodily Injury to a third party. This definition
<br />applies only to coverage provided under Section I. What Is covered, C. Medical payments.
<br />Advertisement means a notice about your goods, products, or services that is published or broadcast to the
<br />general public or a specific market segment for the purpose of attracting customers or supporters.
<br />For purposes of this definition:
<br />1. notices that are published include material placed on the Internet or on other similar
<br />electronic means of communication; and
<br />2. with regard to websites, only that part of the website that Is about your goods, products, or
<br />services for the purposes of attracting customers or supporters is considered an
<br />advertisement.
<br />Auto
<br />means:
<br />1. a land motor vehicle, trailer, or semi -trailer designed for travel on public roads, including any
<br />attached machinery or equipment, or
<br />2. any other land vehicle subject to a financial responsibility law or other motor vehicle
<br />Insurance law in the state where It is licensed or principally garaged.
<br />However, auto does not include mobile equipment.
<br />Biological agents
<br />means any: -
<br />1. a. bacteria;
<br />b. mildew, mold, or fungi;
<br />c. other microorganisms; or
<br />d, mycotoxins, spores, or other byproducts of any of the foregoing;
<br />2. viruses or other pathogens (whether or not a microorganism); or
<br />3. colony or group of any of the foregoing.
<br />Bodily Injury
<br />means physical injury, sickness, or disease sustained by a person, including resulting death,
<br />humiliation, mental injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, suffering, or shock, at any time. All
<br />such resulting injury will be deemed to occur at the time of the physical injury, sickness, or
<br />disease that caused it.
<br />Claim
<br />means any:
<br />1. written assertion of liability;
<br />2, written demand for damages; or
<br />3. civil proceeding seeking damages,
<br />for bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury to which this Coverage
<br />Part applies. This includes an arbitration proceeding or any other alternative dispute resolution
<br />proceeding in which such damages are sought and to which you submit with our consent.
