Adopt a resolution adopting Mitigated Negative Declaration Environmental Review No. 2018- <br />134 and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program relative to Density Bonus Agreement <br />2018-01. <br />2. Adopt a resolution supporting National Community Renaissance of California's submittal of a <br />funding application for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Grant Program in <br />the amount not to exceed $20,000,000 for the Santa Ana United Methodist Church project <br />located at 609 North Spurgeon Street, and if awarded, authorizing the City of Santa Ana to <br />enter into an agreement with National Community Renaissance of California utilizing grant <br />funds to construct the transportation related infrastructure for the project, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a Density Bonus Agreement <br />with National Community Renaissance of California, or assigns, for a 55 -year term, for the <br />development of the Santa Ana United Methodist Church project located at 609 North Spurgeon <br />Street, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />75A-1 <br />
