For your convenience, the redline versions of the policy has been included in this <br />staff report as Exhibit 3. <br />In the effort to uphold transparency and accountability, staff will provide the City Council with a <br />quarterly report (Exhibit 4) outlining the approved City Special Event Sponsorships with the <br />designated funds, dates, amounts, and event details.
