Appropriation Adjustment for Bristol Corridor Project <br />February 5, 2019 <br />Page 2 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 — Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy G (develop and implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />Approval of this item also supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 — Economic Development, <br />Objective #2 (create new opportunities for business/job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies), Strategy C (support <br />business development and job growth along transit corridors through the completion of critical <br />transit plans/projects). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Appropriation Adjustment — Select Street Construction <br />The appropriation adjustments will recognize funds as follows: $600,000 of Gas Tax prior year <br />balance in the Select Street Construction revenue account (No. 05917002-50001) and <br />appropriate the same amount into the Select Street Construction expenditure account (No. <br />05917663-66220). <br />Appropriation Adjustment— Transportation System Improvement Area F <br />$572,000 from the Transportation System Improvement Area F revenue account (No. 03517002- <br />50001), and appropriate the same amount into the Transportation System Improvement Area F <br />expenditure account (No. 03517660-66220). <br />Project Reallocation <br />Upon approval of the recommended reallocation of unspent Measure M2 Local Fairshare Funds, <br />$1,252,209 will be available in the Measure M2 Local Fairshare Fund (Account No. 03217662- <br />66220).
