I want our officers to have raises. I am not sure that we have been provided the necessary data and information to be <br />able to determine if that is fiscally responsible to do though. I know that our officers need raises in the future. I am not <br />sure that we have been provided the necessary data to determine what appropriate raises should be though. I know <br />that we all want a safer community. I am not sure that we have been provided the necessary data & information in <br />order to determine if the raises in the MOU are in line with achieving the goals. I support our police officers, but I am <br />not sure that I can support this MOU under the current circumstances and information provided. No it is entirely <br />possible that you have the answers to the above information and it has simply not been communicated to the public and <br />in which case, you likely are able to make an informed decision based upon complete and accurate <br />information. However, if you feel like there are unanswered questions, it seems like it would be appropriate to slow the <br />process down until we have and understand the impact of the proposal. <br />I wish you all a wonderful day and am praying for our officers, our community, and your leadership. <br />
