Impact to Pensions Questions: • How will these increases impact pension cost for the city? • How many retired employees or beneficiaries do we have receiving pension benefits for entire city and how many for Police/Fire? • How many employees entitled to but not eligible to receive benefits? • How many employees currently paying into the pension system? • How many employees do we have paying into the old pension formula and how many do we have under PEPRA? Insolvency: • the recommended raises and benefits are approved, how soon before the city move towards insolvency?
