And we are committed to being good neighbors, to meet the needs of low income persons <br />in our community, to build and maintain a structure that will enhance and improve the <br />value of surrounding neighborhoods, to make services available not only to our residents <br />but those who live nearby, to improve the surrounding infrastructure through updating <br />sidewalks, bike paths, and transportation access, and to control the impact on local streets <br />by providing adequate parking within our property.
