Application will be for an amount not to exceed $20 <br /> <br />million of which up to: <br />◦ <br />$16.47M will be used for the affordable housing development <br />◦ <br />$3.53M will be used for transportation infrastructure <br />improvements surrounding the project such as: <br />Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (STI) to enhance: <br /> <br />Transit-Related Amenities (TRA) for publicly accessible supportive <br /> <br />amenities for pedestrians, cyclists and transit riders within the <br />defined project area <br />The improvements include: <br /> <br />Class II buffered bicycle lanes on Civic Center Boulevard between <br /> <br />Broadway and Santiago Street, Class IV bicycle lanes on Santiago Street <br />between Civic Center Boulevard and the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center, and pedestrian and mobility improvements <br />9 <br />
